我们非常重视您的隐私。本隐私政策旨在向您说明在您使用 MarkMe 的过程中，我们如何处理您的数据。使用本应用即表示您同意本政策的全部内容。
1. 我们收集和使用的数据
- 个人数据： MarkMe 不需要注册或登录账户即可使用。我们不会收集、索取、存储或传输您的任何个人身份信息（如姓名、手机号、邮箱等）。
- 照片与相册权限： 本应用是一款照片排版与展示工具，照片在排版和合成过程中完全在您的手机本地设备上进行处理。我们绝对不会将您的任何照片上传至任何远程服务器。
- 内购交易： 本应用的所有 PRO 权益购买与恢复服务均通过苹果官方 StoreKit 2 框架匿名进行。我们无法获取您的支付账号、真实姓名或信用卡信息。
- 崩溃与性能数据： 为了持续改进 App 的稳定性，我们集成了第三方 Sentry SDK。在 App 发生异常闪退时，它会匿名收集非身份相关的设备型号、系统版本和崩溃堆栈日志，用于技术排查。
2. 数据的存储与安全
由于我们不收集您的个人数据，因此我们不会在远程服务器上存储您的个人信息。所有草稿会话、自定义配置及自定义 LOGO 均安全地保存在您本地手机的沙盒（Sandbox）和 iCloud 私有存储中，除您之外的任何人均无权访问。
3. 服务条款与行为规范
- 本应用提供的水印排版服务仅限用户个人摄影交流使用。用户在利用本应用导出和分享图片时，应遵守当地法律法规。
- 禁止共享： 严禁用户在任何网络平台公开、传播、共享或转售本应用的“永久会员”凭证。一经发现违规共享行为，开发者有权终止服务。
4. 退款政策
MarkMe 的付费服务为虚拟数字商品，购买后权益立即生效并与您的 Apple ID 永久绑定。基于数字化商品的特殊性，购买后不支持直接退款。若您确需退款，请通过 App Store 官方渠道向苹果公司提交退款申请，退款审核结果由苹果公司最终裁决。

MarkMe Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

Welcome to MarkMe, a photo layout and presentation tool provided by an individual developer.
Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your data when you use MarkMe. By using the application, you agree to the terms described herein.
1. Data Collection and Usage
- Personal Data: MarkMe does not require registration or account login to function. We do not collect, request, store, or transmit any of your personally identifiable information (such as name, phone number, or email address).
- Photos & Album Access: As a photo presentation tool, all photo layout processing and composition are executed entirely locally on your device. We never upload any of your photos to remote servers.
- In-App Purchases: All PRO membership transactions and restore purchases are processed anonymously through Apple's official StoreKit 2 framework. We do not have access to your payment accounts, billing names, or credit card details.
- Crash & Performance Reporting: To continuously improve app stability, we integrate the third-party Sentry SDK. If the app encounters an unexpected crash, anonymous technical data (such as device model, OS version, and crash stack traces) is gathered solely for troubleshooting purposes.
2. Data Storage and Security
Since we do not collect personal data, no user data is stored on remote servers. All your draft sessions, custom configurations, and uploaded custom LOGOs are stored securely within your device's local sandbox and private iCloud container, accessible only by you.
3. Terms of Service & User Conduct
- The watermark presentation services provided by MarkMe are intended for personal photography and layout purposes. Users must comply with local laws and regulations when exporting and sharing images.
- Sharing Restriction: It is strictly prohibited to publicly distribute, share, or resell your personal "Lifetime Pro" credentials on any network platform. Violation of this term may result in immediate termination of access to PRO services.
4. Refund Policy
MarkMe's paid services are virtual digital goods. Upon purchase, PRO entitlements are activated immediately and tied permanently to your Apple ID. Due to the nature of digital goods, direct refunds are not supported. If you require a refund, please submit a request through Apple's official App Store refund channel. Apple retains sole authority over refund approvals.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
