基于数字化商品的特性，购买后不予直接退款。购买前请充分体验免费版功能。
退款渠道：若需申请退款，须通过 Apple App Store 官方渠道提交。退款审核由苹果公司决定，开发者无权直接操作退款。
如发现绕过购买机制、破解应用特权等行为，我们将永久终止该设备特权且不退还已支付费用。

By using our services, you agree to our collection, use, and protection of your information in accordance with this policy.

This application requires no account registration or login. It does not collect or store any personal data. All weather requests are retrieved anonymously via Apple's official WeatherKit. All in-app purchases are conducted anonymously via Apple StoreKit.
Log Information:
The system collects anonymous device model information solely for ensuring service stability and optimizing UI performance.
We store domestically collected data within Mainland China in accordance with applicable laws. We utilize industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmission; however, please understand that no internet transmission is 100% secure.

X-Day provides real-time weather dashboards, time passage tracking, witty life philosophies, and related visual components. Use of this application constitutes full acceptance of this agreement.
Strictly Prohibited: Publicly sharing, publishing, or reselling your PRO Lifetime privileges on any platform is strictly forbidden. If detected, the developer reserves the right to terminate privileges and pursue legal recourse.
All quotes, wits, and almanac content in X-Day are algorithmically generated creative philosophies intended for leisure and entertainment only. The developer assumes no liability for service interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party meteorological sources.
This policy applies to the "PRO Lifetime Privilege" in-app purchase product within X-Day.
PRO Lifetime is a digital virtual good, and benefits take effect immediately upon purchase.
Due to the nature of digital goods, direct refunds are not provided once purchased. Please evaluate the free features thoroughly prior to purchasing.
Refund Channels: Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple App Store official channels (reportaproblem.apple.com). Refund determinations are made solely by Apple; the developer has no authority to directly process refunds.
If bypassing purchase mechanisms or cracking application privileges is detected, we will permanently terminate privileges on that device without any refund of paid fees.
